Alcatraz Combo Cancellation Policy: Important: All Alcatraz Combo sales are final. Absolutely no changes, refunds, or cancellations are allowed. Combo tickets must be booked at least 96 hours in advance. This combo requires participation in both the Jeep City Tour and the Alcatraz portion. Alcatraz is a National Park; no exchanges, refunds, discounts, or cancellations are permitted.
